Fun fact about me: The only time I remember getting in trouble as a kid was for coloring on the walls or furniture! 🤦🏻♀️ So, naturally I've decided to make this my career! 🤣
I am a wife of 30ish years to my high school sweetheart,
Mom to four amazingly talented adult children,
Nana to five precious grandkiddos,
and MunsyMuralist to you!
As a young mom, I ran a licensed daycare in my home while homeschooling my little ones. This gave me tons of opportunities to paint fun colorful murals for kids; but don't think that's all I can do!
I love trying new techniques and conquering challenges in my paintings.
I personally love modern, abstract, & geometric designs. So, I can do it all!
Now that my kiddos are grown and (mostly) moved out of the house
I finally get to do what I've always wanted and make art my career!!
I'm excited, eager, and ready to paint an amazing mural for you!!
Ok, but, If your name is Munson, why "MunsyArt" you ask? haha... Well, my son's nickname in little league morphed from Munson into Munsy. It wasn't long before I became "Momma Munsy" to all the kids' friends who'd hang at our house, and it just sort of stuck!
